I’m an award-winning journalist who spent nearly a decade working as a television and radio news reporter, anchor, and producer with the CBC, CTV, and CP24 in Edmonton, Ottawa, Halifax, and Toronto.
Following a successful journalism career, I transitioned into the world of public relations, where I had the chance to work with both large and boutique PR agencies creating and executing public and media relations campaigns in a variety of industries, including financial, health, IT, education, childcare, corporate and non-profit sectors.
Over the years, I’ve successfully helped to launch a variety of products and charities for my clients, media-trained a wide range of spokespeople, planned and managed numerous fundraising events, and have positively positioned my clients in ways that have raised awareness and brought attention to their stories.
I spent nearly a decade in broadcast journalism before working in PR agencies and then started AJT Communications in 2013.
